1. Who we are

Cadabra Tours is a travel company based in Accra, Ghana, operating cadabratours.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at ghanacadabra@gmail.com or +233 50 194 0836.

2. What we collect

Enquiry and booking details: your name, email address, phone number, destination, budget, travel dates, traveller count and any notes you send us.

Account details: if you sign in (including with Google), we store your email address and basic profile information so you can access your bookings.

Payment data: payments are handled by Paystack. We receive a payment reference and status — we never see or store your full card or mobile money credentials.

Usage data: pages viewed, tours searched, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) collected through Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how people find and use the site.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and itineraries, confirm and manage bookings, send receipts and itinerary PDFs, take payments, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the website and our marketing.

We rely on your contract with us for booking-related processing, your consent for marketing messages, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for analytics.

4. Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to deliver your trip or run the site: Paystack (payments), Google Analytics (website measurement), Google Ads (advertising measurement), our hosting and database provider, and the accommodation, transport and guide partners involved in your itinerary. We never sell your personal data.

Where we advertise on Google, we share limited customer data with Google for ad measurement, including a securely hashed version of your email address when you complete a booking after clicking one of our ads. Google uses it only to match the booking to the ad click.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads cookies to count visits and measure events such as tour searches, booking starts and completed payments. Visitors in regions that require consent (the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec) see a cookie banner and are only measured if they accept; you can change your choice any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to book.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Booking and payment records are kept for at least six years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email ghanacadabra@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

8. Security and children

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure, and only staff who need it can see booking records. Our services are not directed at children under 16; minors travel as part of a booking made by an adult.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
